Ingredients

Peppermint: More than just a refreshing herb, peppermint is known for its cooling and calming effects on both the digestive and nervous systems. It may help ease cramping, nausea, indigestion, and general stomach discomfort.

Lemon Balm: Traditionally used to support wound healing and enhance mood and mental clarity, lemon balm is a powerful calming herb that soothes both an overactive mind and digestive system.

Liquorice: Renowned for its ability to coat, soothe, and protect the digestive tract, liquorice is traditionally used during times of prolonged stress to nourish and support the adrenal glands.

Lemongrass: Acting as a natural antispasmodic, lemongrass helps relax the muscles of the gut to aid digestion. Its antioxidant properties promote a healthy gut environment, while other compounds support metabolism and balanced blood sugar levels.

Chamomile: A gentle relaxant with mild sedative properties, chamomile is well known for calming both the mind and digestive system. It’s particularly helpful for easing stress-related digestive discomfort.

Ginger: With warming and digestive-supporting properties, ginger helps reduce bloating, soothe nausea, and settle an unsettled stomach. It’s also known to enhance the effects of other herbs in a blend.

Aniseed: Valued for its digestive and carminative properties, aniseed may help relieve bloating, cramping, and digestive discomfort while promoting overall gut health.

Blue Cornflower: The striking blue petals of cornflower aren’t just visually appealing—they also offer gentle bitter tonic and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to support digestion and overall gut function.

Serving Instructions

Steep & Serve:

  • Use 1-2 tsp. per 250ml cup. 

  • Place in a teapot or strainer and infuse for 5-15 minutes, depending on preferred taste.

  • Enjoy 1-3 times daily, hot or cold.

Slow & Strong:

  • Use 2-3tsp. per 250ml cup.

  • Place in a teapot or jar and infuse for 6-8 hours or overnight.

  • Strain and keep in the fridge for 48 hours.

  • Enjoy cold or top up with hot water.

Tip: For maximum benefits, cover your tea while it brews!
